St Peter's by the Waterfront - Member Organisations

A 12th Century Church, St Peter’s by the Waterfront is an arts and heritage centre featuring the history of Ipswich’s past. Once the chapel of Cardinal Wolsey’s proposed college, the centre houses a number of artifacts, including a rare Tournai marble font and more recent Ipswich Millennium Charter Hangings.

The centre hosts live music, theatre, arts and crafts events throughout the year with local, national and international acts and organisations booked and hosting their own events. Latest events details can be found on our website.

The heritage centre is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 4pm and Wednesday 10am to 2pm between May and September and Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10am to 2pm during the winter months.
