Triangle have been singing together on-and-off in the Felixstowe/ Ipswich/ Woodbridge
area since the mid-1980s. To say they are ‘an all-female, three-piece a cappella band’
identifies them, but does not describe them. Their themes mostly revolve around beer,
religion, politics and things that go bump in the night – in no particular order. All their
stories are rooted in the earth of English poetic traditions. Some actually are traditional;
others are written by Triangle or are poems from the English canon they have set to music.
