James Baker
An illustrated talk by James Baker of the Greenways Project, exploring some of Ipswich’s less well-known parks, open spaces and nature reserves – and showing how they contribute to the wildlife network. From former landfill sites and allotments to historic gardens and recent
new spaces – you will be surprised by the variety and diversity of the town’s open spaces.

ADMISSION IS FREE with a retiring collection to defray expenses.
Donations of at least £2.00 per person are valued to maintain the series.

For the twentyfirst year, Ipswich Arts Association hosts a series of lectures and concerts.
The lectures reflect the history and cultural background of Ipswich and Suffolk through
the eyes of Suffolk-based speakers. Lectures alternate with concerts given by
local musicians, featuring different styles of music through the ages.
